Western Floodwall Walk

Savor fantastic views of Richmond from on top of the floodwall levee on the James's southern bank. Whether out for a run or photographing Richmond's skyline, the Floodwall Walk captivates its visitors with its beautiful overlook. The walk leads beside the Manchester Wall where rock climbers can be seen scaling the old bridge ruins. The trail ends at the Buttermilk trail at 22nd Street. There is a parking lot for the Western Floodwall off of Hull Street, South of the Mayo bridge across from the railway museum. There is also a parking lot via 7th Street for rock climbers. Access from 22nd Street Rocks Parking area for Belle Isle and Buttermilk is an option as well.
